Jewell Carnival

Last Friday the kids school had a carnival. I thought I would post a couple of pics from their fun evening. Best of all, I just showed up and volunteered for a couple hours instead of trying to run the activity... did I just say that? I am enjoying my year of being in the shadows, next year I'll step up again. I suffer from PTA burnout.

Looks like fun. I am afraid to show up at PTA meetings. I fear the assignments if I show. I just do stuff out of the lime light, so no one knows to come looking for me. I ever so rudely wait for a sister in my ward to let me know what they need. :-)

I am a part of everything and next year I am the assit. President and then the following year president. It does take alot of time and sometimes I need a kick in the butt to keep going. I know the feeling, but the night looks like it was fun. I love the post of Abby, I want to be ressurected the way she is going to be. I love what kids say it is always funny to hear what they precieve.

As evidenced by the above picture, Abby is clearly cheating. Look at here toes! Is that what you Bryans teach your children? -Ryan

Oh my interesting that I've felt the same way. I'm finally getting back involved in things, but it's been so nice to just go to things with my kids.
