Flashback Friday- "Just Can't Get Enough"

Since it was Valentines yesterday, I thought I would send you back to the 80's with a favorite song. While this song was released in '82 we were still dancing to it in the early 90's at BYU when Brad and I were dating and dancing(and dancing). No dance was complete without us dancing together to this song.
Now 16 years later I still "Just Can't Get Enough" of my Valentine :-)

All Eyes on Samantha

All eyes were on Samantha Tuesday as she debuted her new glasses. Doesn't she look cute?
Samantha also finished up her 3D Art class on Tuesday and they had an "art show" that evening. We didn't get pictures at the art show, but took some at home.
This is one of the 3 projects they did over the 6 weeks. Their assignment was a 3D collage about themself in a box. I think it turned out great! Pretty cool lookin'!

Coming home from school

I know you are tired of looking at pictures of Bend, but I just had to post a couple more pictures I took today.
These are a couple more of my favorite roads to drive on. You MUST enlarge these pictures by clicking on them to get a better image (I labeled my house for you :D)
The kids are so lucky to have such a nice walk/ride home from school.

The top picture I took from the kids elementary school parking lot

The second picture I took on the way home from Samantha's middle school. This shot really doesn't do it justice as you can't really capture the experience as you come up over this little hill and this vista lays in front of you. Again, I LOVE it everytime (well, except on cloudy days, then I am disappointed)

Fondue- Fun to do

After a long hiatus, this weekend I dusted off the old fondue set and went to a Valentines fondue party. After all what is more romantic than spearing raw meat and putting it into a communal pot?
Is that not true love and friendship?
We had such a great time after loosening up with the cheese fondue :-)

We had chicken, beef and vegetables with yummy sauces

And delicious special chocolate fondue from New Hampshire. It coated evenly and perfectly. Don't you just LOVE the cake platters?Doesn't everything look delice?

(Thanks Ryan for taking the great photos)

Brittany even had matching sodas!! She thought of everything to make it look so cute!

It was a great night! Do you have plans for Valentine's?
