Ethan asked me a good question the other day as he was getting dressed: If no one sees your underwear why do they put pictures and stuff on them?
Ummmm....
I really didn't have a good answer.

... so you don't want to poop in them. ;-) Remember you trying to get Liza to stop pooping her pants by sending her a package of mini mouse ones and asking her if she kept the ones you sent her clean? LOL!! Didn't work, which leaves the question still unanswered.
...so when they're hanging on the shelf in the store before you buy them, your toddler will want to buy the more expensive ones that have my little pony and Dora on them instead of the plain ol white ones. Then the mom gives in and buys the most expensive ones in hopes that they will help in the potty training process.
The same reason they have those blasted candy bars and toys right at the check out stand, so your kids will throw a fit and you'll give in, buy them to keep the kids quiet. Little do they know, mom's like me don't give in!
Can you tell that's a sensitive subject with me. I've got the underwear and candy bar people all figured out!

So funny! Maybe it's like the you want to make sure you have clean underwear on if you're ever in an accident... one up the clean to super cool? Haha.
For all the above reasons and just for the smile factor. Just so you (Ethan) can smile and think "I have batman underwear on, yipee!:)"
Our popcorn popper was a gift so I'm not sure where it came from, but the ones at Target work exactly the same way. It's the same idea as the pan on the stove, but it has a turner thing in it so you don't have to scrape up your stove :) I'm excited for you to try it, seriously, so yummy!
