And I couldn't be more thrilled!! Last night we had an Enrichment meeting (Quick and Easy Meals) at my house and 21 ladies showed up. It was so great!! We had about 8 people bring sample dishes, and then dished out samples in dixie cups, Costco style. Really yummy!
I am so happy to have my new house that can hold a group of people, muddy footprints and all!

Wow! 21 seems like a great turn out for Enrichment. Good for you! Post some of your favorite recipes when you get a chance! Did they all turn out yummy?

Everyone DID take off their boots, there just wasn't room for 21 pairs, so they were lined up against that wall.
Wow, that's a lot of people! Sounds like fun. In med school, we had a "cooking club" with a different theme every month, and everyone brought samples and recipes. I miss it!
At least that's an easy clean floor. Just think if that would have been carpet. You'd be shampooing it instead of swiffering. We ditched all our downstairs carpet last winter and I've yet to be sorry for it. I live with a bunch of boys and not one takes their shoes off so give me hardwood and swiffering anyday. Wish I could have made it to the activity, but hubby was home. It sounds like it was a blast!
